'Independent Muggles for Harry Potter" -- Exclusive Campaign for ABA Members Offers Sweepstakes Trip to London

A trip for four to London is the centerpiece of "Independent Muggles for Harry Potter," a promotional campaign for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (Scholastic) exclusively for American Booksellers Association member bookstores. The campaign, offered by ABA to all storefront members, will feature special artwork on point-of-purchase materials that booksellers will soon be able to download from ABA's trade website, BookWeb.org.

To add to the excitement of celebrations marking the release at 12:01 a.m. on Saturday, July 21, of the last title in J.K. Rowling's record-breaking series, booksellers will be able to offer their customers a chance to enter the "Independent Muggles for Harry Potter" sweepstakes during that entire weekend. Details of the promotional campaign and marketing materials will be unveiled in the coming weeks in Bookselling This Week.
